If you make any mistakes during your order, you can correct any input errors right up until you pay. Once everything is correct and you submit your order you’ll be given an Order Number and details of the products via email. If we have to cancel all or part of your order we will email you to let you know.
On occasions we publish inaccurate information on the site such as the price, description or availability of a product. In this instance we may have to cancel your order at any time, even after you have received the Order Confirmation email, and you will receive a full refund of any charges already paid.
Prices & Payments
All our prices are in UK pounds. The total cost of your order will be the price of products and any delivery charges. You’ll see the breakdown in your Shopping Basket just before you pay. Payment is taken once an order is submitted.

We do not offer a recycling facility for our products, we recommend you recycle them to a local council tip as they have a bin dedicated for it. Full details can be found in our Recycling section
Damaged, missing or incorrect orders
Should you receive a damaged product please contact us as soon as the damage is discovered via the Contact Us section on the Customer Service page.
We will do everything we can to ensure your order arrives complete and in the condition it left us. If you don’t receive all of your products, check that they have been dispatched at one order using our customer service page.
Returns/cancellations and after sales policy
There are two ways to refund/cancel your purchase:
- You can cancel your order via the Contact Us facility on the Customer Services page
- Fill in our Online Returns Form
Once we have received the goods back we will give you a refund for the cost of the product plus the delivery charge paid at the time of purchase.
We may deduct from the refund for any loss in value of the goods if the loss is a result of any unnecessary handling by you.
Refunds take 1-3 working days to be credited to your payment card or paypal account.
We cannot refund your purchase:
- the goods were a special order to your specification.
We will offer either a exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 1 year of your purchase.
We do not cover faults caused by accidental, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
